Recognized as one of Canada's Top 40 Under 40, with a wealth of knowledge Saud oversees a multitude of critical functions, including building science and design, value engineering, bid procurement, subcontractor relations, scheduling, logistics, site engineering and construction management.

As a key member of Adi Capital Partners’ executive team, Ryan’s role entails oversight of all non-investment functions of the real estate asset management business, including operations, financial reporting, human resources, risk management, business development, marketing and investor relations, legal and compliance, and information technology. With extensive expertise in alternative investments, Ryan has held senior operational roles focusing on hedge funds and private equity at large institutional investors including the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, The Carlyle Group and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board.
