Adi envisioned a design forward, mixed-use, 15-storey condominium building that respects the neighbourhood’s architectural heritage. This desirable site is situated in the heart of Toronto’s vibrant King West neighborhood, and former garment and fashion district. Steps from 24-hour transit, grocery and shopping amenities, the location is touted as one of the city’s nightlife hotspots.

Transit-Oriented Master Planned Community, Burlington

Phase II of this transit-oriented master planned community will feature 4 towers of 30 + stories. Adi has transformed this former brownfield site into a vibrant transit-centric community, offering diverse housing typologies. Located adjacent to the Aldershot GO Station, providing direct access to Union Station in downtown Toronto, in less than an hour. With demand for attainable housing and proximity to transit on the rise, the site presents a prime opportunity for development on 2.3 acres that will feature 1,370 residential condominiums and purpose-built rental units.

Suburban Master Planned Community, North Burlington

Adi acquired this 5-acre site off market, through the principal’s network, with preferred vendor financing terms. With a well-established presence in north-east Burlington, this project leverages the success of Adi’s nearby Link Condo + Loft development, providing a dominant brand presence in the area. The site offers direct access to major highways, transit stations, schools, parks, big box retail and other service amenities in close proximity.

StationWest

Adi purchased this 9.5 acres former brownfield site and transformed it into a vibrant transit-centric community, offering a full range of housing typologies. Located directly adjacent to the Aldershot GO Station, this multi-phase residential masterplan is comprised of 93 townhomes, 140 stacked townhomes, 16 rear lane townhomes, and 172 condominium units in two 6-storey buildings representing 477,909 sf of GFA.  The project closed in 2020.

Link Condos + Lofts

Adi assembled this 3.1 acre north Burlington site on a fully off market basis. The site was rezoned to allow for a density of 297 residential condominiums in 271,036 sf with 13,446 sf of retail commercial anchoring the street frontage. The site was designed as four midrise buildings, all connected via multi-storey architectural glass bridges and elevated landscape courtyard. The development housed one level of underground parking.​ Phase I of this project closed in December 2017 and the second phase of the project closed in December 2018.

Mod’rn Condominiums

Adi acquired an 0.88 acre parcel strategically located in north Burlington. Anticipating the need for boutique condominiums, Adi delivered an architecturally significant 60,000 sf building with 78 units and, including rooftop amenity space and two levels of underground parking. The project closed in 2015.
